This hotel suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff once helped me find my forgotten earphones, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

The hotel needs better communication regarding unexpected deposits!!! Overall cleanliness of common areas could improve significantly, and the outdated decor doesn't reflect a welcoming atmosphere. A little sprucing up would go a long way!!!

So, they had a decent breakfast, I mean, it's not what you'd expect from a place like this. The breakfast area was clean, at least, and the coffee was drinkable.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

My family with children enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay. The room had a cozy atmosphere, and we particularly loved the comfortable beds. The highlights were the impressive Continental Breakfast—plenty of options to please everyone. A great start to our day before exploring the area!

The only downside was that our room had a slight stale smell, but it didn’t ruin our fun overall. 😊

We had a rough stay, the bathroom was filthy, including mold, and the towels were stained. Unfortunately, it didn't match the clean photos online.

The beds were super comfy, and the location was great for checking out the Izod Center for live music shows and family events. Definitely recommend getting a room with a view. It's worth the stay for a fun group getaway!

i enjoyed my stay at ramada. the breakfast had a great vegetarian continental option, and i appreciated the gluten-free cereal. the rooms were spacious and had plenty of plug sockets. it's conveniently located just outside the paterson area, making it easy to access the new york and newark highways. plus, the ice machine was super reliable!
